During one-on-one drills at training camp Saturday Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson made an impressive catch with Chris Houston draped all over him. The reception drew a roar from the crowd of season ticket-holders and upon hearing the cheers Houston invited the fans to see if they could check Johnson. Anyone who tries to stop Johnson should keep in mind that Houston Johnson’s teammate for the past three seasons thinks he’s better now than when he had 1964 receiving yards in 2012. “He’s definitely better” said Houston wondering if Johnson has extra arms or if maybe they’re made of the same material as Stretch Armstrong. So if Johnson is better now than when he broke Jerry Rice’s single-season receiving yardage record in 2012 2000 yards must be the next goal right?
