In a day that was full of surprises, this one would have to rank towards the top. It is being reported that DeSean Jackson will be given the franchise tag by the Philadelphia Eagles. With the March 5 deadline coming up, what could be Philadelphia’s motive for doing this? Well let us breakdown three possible scenarios. Here they are:
