Another incident has occured outside of the Philadelphia Eagles stadium that could give Philadelphia fans another black eye.

Here is the report from the Associated Press, that links a PA man to a rape outside of Lincoln Financial Field three seasons ago.

Philadelphia police Capt. John Darby says DNA links 22-year-old Tiaghgee Daughtry (tee-AH'-zhee' DAW'-tree) of Tunkhannock, Pa., to the sexual assault reported in October 2008.

A 40-year-old woman told investigators she left her friends during the game to rest on the group's bus. Police say Daughtry, a lot attendant, helped her find the bus and then raped her.

Darby says Daughtry later fled the area. He says police recently matched a DNA sample to Daughtry after he was arrested on unrelated charges in Wyoming County.

While Daughtry reportedly was not a fan at the game, the fact that he was an employee of the game day operations at Lincoln Financial Field may be even worse.

It is unclear when Daughtry would go on trial or if he plans on hiring a lawyer.
