With riches in certain situations come great expectation. When Buffalo Bills defensive end  Mario Williams signed that 6 year $100 million deal with $50 million guaranteed , he had to have known the expectations placed on him would be huge. Williams and the Bills have not gotten off to a great start, and he’s spent the past few weeks denying the extent of a nagging wrist injury. Williams has no interest talking about the wrist, and according to the Buffalo News, if  you ask him about those lofty expectations, Williams will tell you “he doesn’t care about your expectations.” “I’ve got a lot of hesitation,” he said. “It’s on me. That’s fine. I know I gotta change that. Believe me, I don’t need anybody to tell me that. I look at it just how everybody else does.” “I don’t care about your expectations. I don’t care about anybody’s expectations.” “That’s the thing, no. Like I said, I need to play better and I need to get healthy, it’s No. 1 on my point. “I can say this and you can take it however you want to take it, but it really don’t matter to me. I really don’t care what you think. At the end of the day I know I need to get physically back into things so I’m not hesitating.” Williams like most players these days, tried to steer away from blaming it on his coaches, but did take a subtle shot at defensive coordinator Dave Wannstedt’s scheme. I believe that at the end of the day whenever you’re told to do something, you go out and do it,” he said. “It’s not necessarily what’s going on in the scheme. I mean, it’s gap sound. It’s fitting the gaps. That’s across the board. It’s every player getting in trouble with that.” Whatever that means Mario.   Be sure to check out other great articles at BlackSportsOnline. var switchTo5x=true; stLight.options({publisher:''});
