Fat guys need love, too.
The ESPN The Magazine Body Issue draws tons of attention every years as the greatest athletes from all sorts of sports bare it all for the camera. But apparently the popular newsstand item is excluding one core group of athletes: the fat guys.
Miami Dolphins rookie A.J. Francis took to Twitter in opposition of the oversized injustice, urging ESPN to make the magazine a little bigger and even using the hashtag “Fat Is Sexy Too.”
Francis, who measures in at 6-foot-5 and 309 pounds, may have a point as there weren’t any heavyweights in the most recent issue of the magazine and it might be about time to change that.
Check out Francis’ humorous string of tweets below.
If @espn denies me I think if have a hell of a discrimination lawsuit on my hands... So it's really a win-win. Your move Walt Disney.......— A.J. Francis (@AJFrancis410) July 10, 2013
I'd be willing to bet I'm more famous than some of the athletes in the Body issue from obscure sports... @espn give the fat kids a sex idol.— A.J. Francis (@AJFrancis410) July 10, 2013
Hey @espn you need a fat guy in the body issue... Call my agent. #FatIsSexyToo— A.J. Francis (@AJFrancis410) July 10, 2013
