The Miami Dolphins have been free and open with the money this free agency period and signed another player off the free agency list this weekend, CB Brent Grimes. Grimes, 30, coming off an Achilles injury reportedly agreed to a 1-year deal worth $5.5 million. Grimes was considered to be the best cornerback left on the market if he is able to return to full health next season. Skeptics believe that the Dolphins overpaid for Grimes in a Dolphins uniform next season. Miami needed an upgrade in their secondary after posting the 27th ranked pass defense in 2012. Grimes was rumored to be on the radar for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as well. The Buccaneers are another team in serious need of cornerback help, finishing last in the league last season in pass defense and have done nothing to address the issue in free agency this offseason.

Mike Wallace Really Hates Snow

“Watch out, nimbostratus clouds!” A year before he left the Steelers via free agency, Mike Wallace publicly expressed a desire to get Larry Fitzgerald type money in his next contract. While his new five-year, $60 million contract with the Dolphins is a nice payday, it doesn’t come close to the eight-year, $120 million contract extension that Fitty got in 2011. Still, one would...

What Will Miami Dolphins Do in 2013 NFL Draft?
