Dolphins DT Tony McDaniel (right) is working his way back from a hand injury. The Miami Dolphins on Tuesday resumed practice for the first time since breaking last Thursday for its bye week. And good news: the Dolphins appear healthier now than they were before.
Everybody participated in the early part of practice (except, of course, those two players on injured reserve – Chad Henne and Lydon Murtha). That means CB Vontae Davis was back. And RB Daniel Thomas. And even DT Tony McDaniel, who hasn’t played since the season-opener.
McDaniel suffered a broken hand in that defeat against the Patriots and hadn’t practiced since. He was out there earlier today, helmet on, wearing a cast. It’s likely that he’ll be limited for a bit while he works his way back.
