Dolphins DT Tony McDaniel (right) is working his way back from a hand injury.The Miami Dolphins on Tuesday resumed practice for the first time since breaking last Thursday for its bye week. And good news: the Dolphins appear healthier now than they were before. Everybody participated in the early part of practice (except, of course, those two players on injured reserve – Chad Henne and Lydon Murtha). That means CB Vontae Davis was back. And RB Daniel Thomas. And even DT Tony McDaniel, who hasn’t played since the season-opener. McDaniel suffered a broken hand in that defeat against the Patriots and hadn’t practiced since. He was out there earlier today, helmet on, wearing a cast. It’s likely that he’ll be limited for a bit while he works his way back. FS Chris Clemons and CB Nolan Carroll participated in the early part of practice but were pulled out of team drills toward the end of the portion of practice that’s open to the media.
