Who knew Warren Sapp and Michael Strahan had some sort of beef.   Last Saturday Warren Sapp was one of seven former pro football players selected as finalist for the Hall of Fame. Some of the notable names left off the list were Jerome Bettis, Charles Haley, Tim Brown, and Michael Strahan.  Strahan was considered by many a shoe in to make it on his first ballot, so it was shocking when he didn’t get in. Sapp himself stated he was “shocked to make it in over Strahan,” and during an interview with a Tampa radio station, and took a shot at Strahan, calling him a “media darling.” “Say if I rewind this to Saturday at 12 o’clock me and you are sitting and I say, ‘It breaks down whatever and whatever and then you have Michael Strahan and me.  C’mon, the menace and the media darling,’” Sapp told WDAE in Tampa, via JoeBucsFan.com.  “C’mon.  Madness, or Good Morning America?  I mean, c’mon.” Strahan did not take kindly to those comments, and via twitter called Sapp out for those remarks per Pro Football Talk. I think these two need to have a talk!

Pro Football Hall of Fame 2013: Michael Strahan Snub is Shocking

Let me start by saying I know every inductee in this year's HOF class absolutely deserves to be in the Hall of Fame. I wouldn't take it from any of them.I was simply very surprised when I saw that Michael Strahan was left out. I just knew from the day that he retired, he would be a first ballot Hall-of-Famer.That surprise resurfaced, recently, as I watched the Super Bowl...

Michael Strahan responds to Warren Sapp; Chad Johnson mediates

Michael Strahan responded early Friday morning to Warren Sapp, who seemingly bragged Wednesday about making it into the Pro Football Hall of Fame over Strahan. Sapp was announced last weekend as one of the members of the Pro Football Hall of Fame’s Class of 2013. He made it over Strahan, who is one of the best defensive ends in NFL history and will almost assuredly be elected...

Strahan, Sapp Exchange Words On Twitter, Chad Johnson Plays Peacemaker

Thankfully the situation between Warren Sapp and Michael Strahan isn’t a rap beef, so we don’t have to worry about anyone getting shot. As we reported this morning, Michael Strahan called Warren Sapp out on a few Hall of Fame comments Sapp made, and basically calling Strahan a media darling.  Well Sapp did respond via twitter, and even though the two went back and forth, it...

Michael Strahan and Warren Sapp are going at it

This past weekend at the NFL's Super Bowl festivities, the 2013 Hall of Fame class was announced. NFL Network's Warren Sapp was elected, while Fox's Michael Strahan was (perhaps shockingly) not elected. On Wednesday during an interview with WDAE in Tampa, Sapp had some choice words for Strahan and making the Hall over the "media darling." “Say if I rewind...

Hotel Staff Thought Warren Sapp’s SB Ring Was Stolen By Prostitutes He Had in New Orleans

These Warren Sapp stories are hilarious. How truthful they are is up for debate, but here is how Terez Owens describes the scene. Sapp (congrats on the Hall of Fame by the way) was having a good time in New Orleans while staying at The Westin. According to the staff he was bringing home 3-5 women a night to his room (getting his Crabtree on). One night he returns with the hookers...

Warren Sapp blames hotel staff for stealing his Super Bowl ring

Former NFL defensive tackle Warren Sapp stayed at the Westin in New Orleans during last week’s Super Bowl. Before I go on, I want to say this story is just a rumor right now, but would not shock me. The staff at the Westin claims that Sapp would bring back 3-5 prostitutes a night during his time in NOLA, per Terez Owens. Sapp ended up losing his Super Bowl ring and blamed the hotel...
