Just saw these comments Matt Millen made today about former Lions receiver Charles Rogers in a live chat on NFL.com. The question came from "Phil" in Detroit: "Any chance Charles Rodgers (sic) turns around his life and comes back into the NFL?" Millen's response: "I think the answer is twofold: He has a chance to turn around his life and that's up to him. I think he wants to do that. But I do think his NFL life is over. And that's a shame, because even with his shoulder busted twice he could have done something. He could have been a great player." Well, of course he could have been a great player. Because heaven knows there's no way a total bust of a general manager who drafted a total bust of a player second overall in 2003 could be that wrong.
