Via Cosby Sweaters:

Indianapolis Colts coach Chuck Pagano was able to physically attend Sunday’s game against the Miami Dolphins from the coaches’ box at Lucas Oil Stadium, but that wasn’t enough for coach. Coach Pagano was unavailable for comment, but he had plenty of comments for his team following their 23-20 win. In his first return to Lucas Oil Stadium since being diagnosed with leukemia, coach spoke to his players in a very emotional post game speech.
Pagano was hospitalized from Sept. 26 until Oct. 21 and has been receiving chemotherapy ever since. He is scheduled to begin a second round of chemotherapy this week.
You can watch the video of Pagano’s speech to his team HERE courtesy of the NFL.
