Via Los That Sports Blog:

The Philadelphia Eagles and new head coach Chip Kelly have decided to give QB Michael Vick another crack at making the Eagles into a playoff team and have re-signed him for the 2013 season, per ESPN’s Adam Shefter:
Vick was considered by many to be a salary cap casualty as he was due to make $15.5 million in base salary for next season, so his new deal had to be restructured to keep him on the roster. Vick struggled with injuries and erratic play in 2012, posting a 3-7 record as starter.
For the season, Vick completed 204 of 351 passes (58.1%) for 2,362 yards with 12 touchdowns and 10 interceptions. Vick also rushed for 332 yards on 62 carries but had 11 fumbles on the year.
