From Bush League Chronicle:

On Feb. 18, ESPN The Magazine's "Music Issue" will hit shelves and newsstands across the nation. It features many notable athletes paying tribute to famous musicians.

Seen here is Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Josh Freeman mimicking the look of Michael Jackson's "Thriller" album cover. As you can see, Freeman is decked out in the white suit and even has the Jheri curl to go along with it.

Some of the other athlete/musician combos include USA soccer star Alex Morgan as Katy Perry, Olympic swimmer Ryan Lochte as Nirvana, and NFL players Trent Richardson, LaMarr Woodley and Marshawn Lynch as Run DMC, among others.

  • WTF!?
  • ohhhhhh nooooooooooo,thats just wrong !!!!!!!!!!!! ew.
  • d@mn -- as if he didn't look gay enough already ... not that there's anything wrong with that ...
  • Maybe Josh should pose for a QB on the field for the coming season instead of trying to be cute with the celebrity magazines. He has at this point a lot to prove, at this point he should wear a dress
He is overpaid as are most of the NFL jocks. NFL owners, when are you going to wake up and start paying after the season instead of what you expect them to do? MLB, the same.
  • Pretty creative since he looks like a bulked up Michael anyway. Remember folks it is the theme for the magazine issue and I would like to see what the other athletes look like as musicians.
  • Great job Josh!
