You know that old cliche you always here in football that says “the future is now”? Well the future may not be now in Oakland but it is getting close. The Raiders beat the Cowboys on Friday by a score of 19-17. The win come in large part due to young players making big impacts for the Raiders Sio Moore showed off his explosiveness by laying in to QB Tony Romo for a sack. He also got the crowd and his teammates hyped up after the big play. Terrelle Pryor looked sharp most of the day going 6-for-10 for 88 yards and averaging over 1o ypc on 3 rushes for 31 yards. He did throw an interception but he is light years ahead of where he was at any point last season and if I’m Dennis Allen, based on tonight only, Pryor would be my opening day starter. Matt McGloin threw the Raiders only TD pass today going 4-for-7 and 78 yards. Overall he looked sharp and actually did look better than Tyler Wilson Brice Butler may have been the player of the night. He had two catches for 70 yards. One was for...

Oakland Raiders Thoughts from the 1st half

The new look Raiders offense got off to a disastrous start against the Dallas Cowboys.
