Quarterback Terrelle Pryor understands that his team went out and traded for Matt Flynn, and the expectation is he will compete against him.
He also understands that there is organizational doubt about Pryor, and if he has what it takes to be a NFL QB. For Pryor, it doesn’t really matter who comes, or goes as in Carson Palmer's case, traded to Arizona, he still has the same opportunity to win the starting job.
Though the team traded for Flynn, there is no sure shot he’ll be the starter and Pryor knows it’s his job to win.
"We had a great quarterback leave, a great quarterback left, and we brought in another pretty good quarterback. You have to have good quarterbacks to win in this league. Matt’s great. We have good chemistry already," Pryor said, via Paul Gutierrez of CSN Bay Area.
