Cincinnati left tackle Andrew Whitworth, and Oakland defensive linemen Tommy Kelly and Lamarr Houston, were ejected following a brawl in the fourth quarter of the Bengals vs. Raiders game.

The brawl began with 7:16 left in the fourth quarter.

But it wasn’t the only bad thing that happened.

Cincinnati Bengals fans booed Raiders quarterback Carson Palmer each time he took the field.

It was Palmer’s first trip to Cincinnati’s Paul Brown Stadium since the Bengals traded him to Oakland last year.

Cincinnati won 34-10.

Bengals fans pour beer on Palmer?

Fans at Paul Brown Stadium reportedly dumped beer on Carson Palmer as he left the field after the Bengals beat the Raiders.

Bengals fans pour beer on Carson Palmer

According to Vic Tafur of the San Francisco Chronicle, while exiting the field after today’s loss to the Bengals, Oakland Raiders quarterback Carson Palmer was doused with beer by Bengals fans. Bengals fans are of course still upset over Palmer “quitting” on their team season by demanding a trade, which ultimately landed him in Oakland. At the end of the day, Palmer didn...

Palmer’s homecoming not so sweet

Bengals fans had this game circled on their calendar.  For some, this was the game when we could show Palmer what a dumb decision he made by choosing to sit out and eventually join the Raiders over staying in Cincinnati and playing.  For others, they wanted to boo the guy for the way he quit. Others just hoped the Bengals could continue their dominance in the last few weeks with...

Raiders beaten by the Bengals, lose 4th in a row

Another Sunday, another loss for the 2012 Oakland Raiders. After being outscored 24 to nothing at halftime, the Silver&Black attempted a late comeback with 10 unanswered points in the 3rd quarter, but could not keep it going in the fourth. With the defense conceding 169 points in the last four games (42 PPG), the Raiders have now accumulated 4 [...]

Bengals are turning their season around

CINCINNATI - Andrew Whitworth was at the bottom of a large pile of very large people, and he could feel punches hitting his neck, back and shoulders. The Bengals offensive tackle was there because Raiders defensive tackle Lamarr Houston had hit Andy Dalton late, and Whitworth took exception. Words were exchanged, then Houston lunged at Whitworth, then all sorts of heck broke loose...

Bengals ruin Palmer's homecoming with 34-10 win

The purple bruises on his passing shoulder. The raw, red scrape down the middle of his back. Carson Palmer's upper body was a colorful reminder of how badly his homecoming turned out. No fun at all for him or the Oakland Raiders, either. The Bengals got back into the playoff race on Sunday by beating their former franchise quarterback and his new team 34-10. Cincinnati (6-5...

2 Raiders, 1 Bengal ejected for on-field brawl

Three players were ejected for an on-field brawl in the fourth quarter of the Cincinnati Bengals' 34-10 victory over the Oakland Raiders on Sunday, leaving them in line for major fines. A scrum started when one of Cincinnati's plays was blown dead because of a false start. Defensive end Lamarr Houston tackled quarterback Andy Dalton, apparently unaware of the whistle. Bengals...

NFL Rumors: Could Oakland Raiders Bench Carson Palmer And Finally Play Terrelle Pryor?

When the Oakland Raiders make a move, it often leaves many people scratching their heads. That was the case when they gave up so much to acquire Carson Palmer from the Cincinnati Bengals. It was even more so when they used a supplemental draft pick to select Terrelle Pryor, who many saw as a project at quarterback even if he was allowed to return to play for the Ohio State Buckeyes...

Keys to Victory: Week 12 vs. Cincinnati

Next up for the Raiders is one of the hottest teams in the AFC, with a trip to Cincinnati to take on the Bengals. The past two games for the Silver and Black have yielded embarrassing results to say the least.  If Carson Palmer’s return to Cincinnati is going to be any different for the Raiders, improvements need to be made in [...]

Bengals Shut Down Carson Palmer, Raiders In 34-10 Rout

It was not a pleasant homecoming for Carson Palmer and his successor has his team back in the AFC playoff hunt. Andy Dalton threw three touchdown passes and outperformed Palmer in the Cincinnati Bengals' 34-10 win over the Oakland Raiders. Dalton, who replaced Palmer at quarterback a year ago following his ugly split with Cincinnati, threw for 210 yards -- both to Mohamed...

Bengals 34, Raiders 10

CINCINNATI -- Cincinnati Bengals fans gave Carson Palmer a rude welcome back in his first trip to Paul Brown Stadium since being traded to Oakland last year. The Bengals were even less hospitable. Cincinnati scored on three of its first four possessions and won its third straight game, 34-10, against the Raiders in a fight-marred game at Paul Brown Stadium. Cincinnati left tackle...

Raiders playing out string of another lost season

The Oakland Raiders are desperately in search of some sort of positive news. The Raiders (3-8) just finished perhaps the worst month in franchise history by losing all four games in November, capped by three straight losses by at least 21 points The team's first four-game skid since 2008 assures Oakland of a 10th straight season without a winning record and has turned the focus...
