Greg Schiano has rubbed a few Head Coaches the wrong way by trying to break the victory formation to force a fumble. Tom Coughlin told him he wasn’t in college anymore, in Denver, Peyton Manning had to dive for his life during a kneel down. It seems that frustrations have come back to the Buccaneers sidelines as veteran players are not happy with the college style, treat men like boys style. An incident between Assistant Coach Brian Cox and Linebacker Adam Hayward on the sidelines was viewed by everyone, but behind the scenes the discord is growing against the coaching staff. Sciano had this to say about the incident: “I’m not happy about it, but I do know that it’s been resolved,” Schiano said, via PewterReport.com. “I think you chalk it up to heat of the moment. Guys are very passionate. Adam is a passionate player. Coach Cox is a passionate coach. I know they’re very close. And they’re, I think, more of a family spat in a frustrating time than, you know, anything that I’m deeply concerned about. I know they’ve already smoothed that over. But again, it’s not what a football team that I’m the head coach of I want to see. So certainly it’s been addressed, and it will be addressed and we’ll move forward from it. But it need not happen again.” However, this has happened many times before, college coaches going to the NFL to treat millionaires like college flunkies. It doesn’t work and Schiano will learn that when you graduate from college and go to the NFL, it’s a job not a campus.   var switchTo5x=true; stLight.options({publisher:''});
