If this were a back-to-the-future script, and you had told me substitute QB Kevin Kolb had thrown for almost 400 yards and 2 TD's against the Saints, I would have assumed the Eagles had won the game. Well, Kolb did complete 31 passes for 391 yards and 2 TD's... and also 3 INT's, the last of which was a 97-yarder returned by Darren Sharper for a TD on the last play of the game. Yes, I know, the game was already over at that point, and the Eagles were somewhat foolishly trying to extend the game with only seven seconds to go, but that last pick by Sharper at the 3-yard line was eerily reminiscent of the pass that Ed Reed of Baltimore picked off against Kolb last season that cost the Eagles the game and very nearly a playoff spot. I guess the point I'm trying to make is, no matter how "good" Kolb can be as a QB in the NFL, and he did show off some nice steady play at times on Sunday, like the 71-yard TD laser he threw to DeSean Jackson, I just keep getting tha...
