The Bills got bullied yesterday by the Jets yesterday, just like I thought they would. Ryan Fitzpatrick completed 15 of 31 passes for 191 yards with 1 TD pass and 2 INTs. He also carried the ball 2 times for 9 yards (4.5 ypc) in this game. Fred Jackson led the way on the ground with 82 yards rushing on 18 carries (4.6 ypc) and he also caught 3 passes for 38 yards (12.7 avg). WRs Steve Johnson (3 rec, 84 yards) and David Nelson (4 rec, 36 yards, TD) led the way for the Bills in the passing game yesterday. The Bills finished up with 96 yards rushing on 22 carries (4.4 ypc) and they also completed 15 of 31 passes (48.4%) for 191 yards as they had possession of the ball for only 22:08.
The defense didn’t play too well yesterday for the Bills. LB Nick Barnett (9 tackles, 1 tackle for a loss), CB Terrence McGee (8 tackles) and LB Kelvin Sheppard (7 tackles) led the way for the Bills in this game.
