After yesterday's Thanksgiving day debacles, it's safe to assume some coaches are on the proverbial hot seat. Congratulations Jason Garrett of the Dallas Cowboys, you fit that description.I wrote a few weeks ago that the Cowboys could still make the playoffs. They needed to win every "winnable" game and hope the NY Giants faltered down the stretch. The Cowboys now sit at 5-6, tied with the Redskins, and only a  game better than the woe begone Eagles. The Cowboys remaining schedule will ultimately doom Garrett.12/02 Philadelphia12/09 at Cincinnati12/16 Pittsburgh12/23 New Orleans12/30 at WashingtonSure, the Cowboys could go undefeated and finish the season at 10-6. Or they could lose every game. The Pittsburgh game is winnable now thanks to Ben Roethlisberger's injury. Philadelphia is winnable because they're horrible this year, and Andy Reid is desperate so he's making bad decisions. Eagles running back LeSean McCoy has yet to be cleared from a concussion. They still have the Redskins one more time in DC. Do you think Jerry Jones will be OK with losing to a rookie quarterback twice, and missing the playoffs, again?I still think the Cowboys finish the season at 8-8 at best, and miss the playoffs. I said then that the only team that makes the playoffs from the NFC East is whoever wins the division. Right now, that's the Giants.Keep in mind the Cowboys haven't made the playoffs since 2009. And now they have to contend with the Redskins possibly overtaking them in the standings.Sorry, Jason Garrett, but it looks like it's time to start clearing out the office.
