Hall of Fame quarterback Fran Tarkenton is known for speaking his mind. Not to the point of Joe Namath, but the former great for the Minnesota Vikings has no problem telling you what he thinks of current NFL quarterbacks. In the past, Tarkenton has been more than willing to knock Brett Favre. I miss those rants. But now, Tarkenton has taken to calling out Peyton Manning and Tom Brady. he said the Denver Broncos and New England Patriots “are getting old.” Wait, what? Aren’t we all getting old? It beats the alternative, does it not? I understand that Tarkenton means that Manning and Brady are getting too old, not just old, to play in the NFL at the elite level that they are used to playing. While I understand what he is saying, I still disagree with his notion. “I saw Peyton do things Monday night against the Falcons that I’ve never seen him do,” Tarkenton stated about the 36-year-old Broncos play caller. “Brady hasn’t looked like Brady in two years,” he said of the 35-year-old New Pa...

Vince Young doesn’t understand why he’s treated differently than Peyton Manning

There are two ways of looking at this. Maybe VY just having a bad day and wanted to retweet someone who was making a terrible comparison, but was supporting him or VY really believes this.
