Last week, BC tied Courtney Cummings with a final record of 2-3. Things would’ve been different had the Giants not laid a complete egg in the second half, but we’ll take the tie. This week we take on Bengals superfan and Playboy bunny Runa Lucienne. We are confident when we say Runa is the hottest Bengals fan we’ve ever set our eyes on, and trust us when we say she knows her football. Not only did she pick games against us this week, but she gave us a game by game break down on why she picked who she did. Impressive Runa, but lets see if you can hang with BC against the spread. Last Week: Courtney: 2-3 (ATS) | BC: 2-3 (ATS) YTD (ATS): Hot Chicks 31-31-3 | BC 35-27-3 [@RunaLucienne] Pregame NFL Line: Redskins -2.5 Runa’s Pick: Redskins -2.5 BC Pick: Ravens +2.5 Runa’s Scoop: WHY: The Redskins are on a roll! They won three of their last games, they have a strong running game, and home field advantage. Although the game will be very close, the stars will align for the ‘Skin, because I know RG3 will make sure of it! As for the Ravens, they’re still licking their wounds from their Week 13 catastrophe against the Steelers. Plus, Terrell Suggs just gave up his guns, so the Ravens might be a little short on ammo. BOTTOM LINE: The Redskins are better than the Ravens. Pregame NFL Line: Bengals -3 Runa’s Pick: Bengals -3 BC Pick: Cowboys +3 Runa’s Scoop: WHY: As a proud Ohioan I have to support all of my Ohio teams, including the Cincinnati Bengals! They’re playoff contenders with a 7-5 record, and have proved they can get the job done, home or away, by winning four straight games and allowing only one touchdown in the past three games. As for Dallas, who knows who will show up –the Cowgirls or the actual Cowboys NFL team. The Cowboys are very unpredictable, but at least we know the Cowgirls are consistent with fabulous hair, makeup, calendars, and workout DVDs! BOTTOM LINE: The Cincinnati Bengals own Week 14! Pregame NFL Line: Giants -5 Runa’s Pick: Giants -5 BC Pick: Saints +5 Runa’s Scoop: WHY: Defense wins games, and there’s no team that can prove that fact more than the New York Giants. The GMen get down and dirty in typical New York fashion, and given the Saints’ most recent performances which includes Brees throwing 5 interceptions against Atlanta, I think the Saints will continue to fall short of everyone’s expectations. As much as the Saints would like the win, the Giants understand they must continue to win games in order to clinch the NFC East. BOTTOM LINE: I expect a lot of fumbles by the Saints and recoveries by the Giants. Pregame NFL Line: Packers -7 Runa’s Pick: Packers -7 BC Pick: Packers -7 Runa’s Scoop: WHY: Aaron Rodgers and the Packers are just too good! End of story. The Lions are the biggest disappointment next to the Saints –they were supposed to be a wild card team at the very least. Now with a 4-8 record, it’s too little too late for any playoff hopes. BOTTOM LINE: I strongly believe in home field advantages, but that isn’t the sole reason to why I’m picking the Packers to pack, tape, and ship Megatron and the Cryons back to Detroit. Pregame NFL Line: Patriots -3.5 Runa’s Pick: Texans +3.5 BC Pick: Patriots -3.5 Runa’s Scoop: WHY: Everyone is picking the Pats to beat the Texans, but I’m still convinced Tom Brady is human… This might sound crazy, but considering the fact that Brady’s wife just gave birth on Wednesday, he might not be as focused on Monday as he would be normally. Before Brady’s relationship with his multimillionaire Brazilian model wife, he was 3-0 in Superbowl appearances, but now he’s 0-2. I’m not saying his playoff/ Superbowl record directly correlates to his season games, but it does give indication that he may just be human –and may want to spend more time with his newborn than studying film of the Texans’ last game against the Titans. BOTTOM LINE: On paper, the Texans have the best record in the league with 11-1, so I wouldn’t be surprised if they came out on top during Week 14. Filed under: Cheerleaders, Football, Girls, NFL

Tom Brady Not Afraid to Show Off Wheels, Even If He’s ‘Not Like RG3 Back There’

Tom Brady tossed for 296 yards and four touchdowns on Monday, but it was a six-yard scamper that fired up the Patriots quarterback as much as anything. On the final play of the third quarter, Brady extended New England’s drive by scrambling for six yards on 3rd-and-5. After hopping to his feet, Brady’s excitement was obvious, as the veteran emphatically signaled first down, much...

AFC Beast: Tom Brady, Patriots Defense Destroy Texans 42-14

It was never close. The defense actually out shined the offense as the Patriots demolish the Texans in a rout from start to finish.

Tom Brady, Bill Belichick Once Again Prove Themselves as Top Quarterback-Coach Duo of All Time (Photos)

The Patriots’ record might not suggest that they’re the best team in the NFL right now, but their on-the-field product certainly suggests it. After dismantling the Texans on Monday night, New England might appear to be the No. 2 seed in the AFC at the moment, but you would be hard-pressed to find a team playing better than Tom Brady and the Pats. Everything seemed the be clicking...

Patriots Embarass Texans 42-14

Tom Brady's four touchdown passes showed that the Houston Texans' record doesn't speak so loudly. The AFC first place Texans came into the game 11-1, losing their only game to the Green Bay Packers. The Texans did not know what they were walking into. There has been a lot of hype surrounding this game, being called one of the best games of the season, however, the New...

Houston Texans safety Danieal Manning must think Tom Brady is someone else

The Boston Herald was reviewing their transcripts from an interview with Houston Texans safety Danieal Manning when they found this quote from him about beating Tom Brady:“I’m 2-1 with Brady,” Manning said. “Beaten him twice and lost once to him in Chicago. It was a real cold, snowy day and they came with it, they balled out on us.” Manning played for the Chicago Bears...

A Texas sized flop: New England destroys Houston 42-14

There may not be much question as to who is the best team in the AFC… Tom Brady and the New England Patriots laid claim to that title Monday night as they destroyed the Houston Texans 42-14 Gillette Stadium. Brady threw four touchdown passes (2 to Aaron Hernandez, 37 yards to Brandon Lloyd and 67 [...]

Brady throws 4 TDs, Patriots top Texans 42-14

Just another game for the New England Patriots. Just a wire-to-wire domination of the team with the NFL's best record. So when their 42-14 Monday night rout of the Houston Texans was complete, there were few big smiles and no loud music in the Patriots locker room. They've been here before - many times. ''We've played in a countless number of big games,'...

Despite record, Texans can't measure up to Pats

The best record in the AFC will mean little to the Houston Texans if they can't beat the defending conference champions. The Texans lost for just the second time this season on Monday night when the New England Patriots coasted to a 42-14 win in a matchup of the two top teams in the AFC. Tom Brady threw for four touchdowns as the Patriots (10-3) opened a 28-0 lead and ended...

You don't want to hear this, but...

It's hard not to be excited at the moment. The New England Patriots are on a seven game win streak, after pummeling the previously 11-1 Houston Texans 42-14.  But the dust has settled. The Patriots are seen as powerful again. People are scared of the Patriots. But let me channel my inner Bill Belichick here. We did a lot of good things out there. But let's not get ahead...

Texans vs. Patriots: Outplayed and Outcoached

If things could have not gotten any worse for the Houston Texans on national television, it happened on Monday night versus the New England Patriots. Tom Brady and Company showed the Texans that missed opportunities would come back to haunt the Texans with a 42-14 thrashing at Gillette Stadium. The Texans started slow and could not match the Patriots’ intensity from the get go...

Week 14 Risers and Fallers: Patriots Topple Texans in Monday Night Showdown

The New England Patriots entered Monday night as 5.5-point favorites against the AFC's top team, the Houston Texans.  Within 13 minutes, Tom Brady had already thrown two touchdown passes, including a beautiful 37-yard strike to Brandon Lloyd on play action, to put the Pats up 14-0.  By halftime, New England was up 21-0.  Although the offense struggled for most...

You can sense that things are shifting atop the power grid of NFL teams, with the familiar juggernauts like the Patriots and Packers and 49ers picking up steam, while early heavy hitters like Houston and Atlanta begin to slip up.  1. San Francisco 49ers (9-3-1, 3rd last week): If not for the Rams this wouldn't be a debate. 2. New England Patriots (10-3, 4th last week...
