The football world was expecting the dates and times for the 2013 NFL regular season schedule to be announced on Tuesday, but that did not happen. Instead, the league will roll out it’s season schedule on Thursday night in typical primetime fashion. Starting at 8 p.m. EST, the league will unveil the primetime games of the upcoming schedule.
Fans, which have known the opponents of their favorite teams, will now be able to assign a date and time to each of the games for the upcoming season.
One team certain to receive plenty of primetime airtime is the Denver Broncos. Already a team which boasts one of the league’s most marketable player, Peyton Manning, the Broncos have a very interesting schedule. The reigning Super Bowl champion Baltimore Ravens will open the season on the road and have the Broncos on their schedule. This 2012 playoff rematch could easily be the NFL regular season opener in 139 days.
