Prior to the Patriots win over the Ravens, TE Alge Crumpler walked out to the 50-yard line to take part in captains duties. Turns out, despite being a Patriots player for just a few months, Crumpler had been named as a captain on Wednesday. Listening to him after the game, it was clear why. Few players sum up the mood of the team or the areas of emphasis for the week as well as Crumpler.
