The NFL has fined Patriots cornerback Kyle Arrington $21,000 for unnecessary roughness against the Colts. Arrington made helmet-to-helmet contact with Indianapolis quarterback Andrew Luck during the second half of New England's win, though there was no flag thrown on the play.
