One of the best free agent pickups for the Patriots this season was offensive lineman Brian Waters. The veteran had a Pro Bowl season - the 6th of his career - and was a stalwart on the line.  After 12 seasons, the soon to be 35-year old is at an age where he’s contemplating retirement. Waters got his first taste of the Super Bowl with the Patriots, and following the devastating 21-17 loss to the Giants, was asked about his future. “I don’t know. I’m going to take two or three weeks and figure it out,” he said, ”but it’s been a great ride for me, no matter what decision I make. But I’m going to take my time.” (more…)
