While New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez was
able to return to practice Wednesday after sitting out Tuesday, it remains
unclear if he’ll be able to play Sunday against the Buffalo Bills.
Hernandez did not travel with the Patriots to London for their last game against the St. Louis Rams. The tight end has had two weeks to
recover for the Bills’ game, but he was still hampered enough by an ankle
injury that New England decided to hold him out of Tuesday’s practice. He was
able to practice fully in positional drills yesterday, according to Mike Rodak
of ESPNBoston.com.
While Hernandez was able to practice for the Patriots,
running back Brandon Bolden (knee), linebacker Tracy White (foot) and defensive
lineman Trevor Scott (hamstring) all remained out.
