The Patriots brought in a star-studded class of free agents to work out today, including former standout safeties Darren Sharper and Renaldo Hill. My immediate reaction was that it could make life difficult for Brandon Meriweather, who is currently one starter there.
A few minutes ago, Patriots director of player personnel Nick Caserio discussed his thoughts on the workouts, saying what he usually does and describing his thoughts on the current crop of safeties.
