A week ago this time, Tom Brady was reliving the memories of four brutal interceptions. This time, he has no such worries.
In the 31-19 win over the Raiders yesterday, Brady and his short hair-cut were, on point… for the most part. Brady finished 16 of 30 passing for 226 yards with two touchdowns.
It wasn’t his usual sterling performance. In fact, he was a little wild and off, which is not expected. Yet Brady said he wasn’t thinking about the interceptions, nor was he afraid to keep flinging it.
“Look, if you’re going to throw passes, you’re going to throw interceptions,” Brady said after the game. “That’s just part of playing quarterback. You try to make good reads, try to make good accurate throws, good fundamentals, good technique, and all week in practice you work on those things of being balanced and accurate and playing smart and playing fast.
