The Rap Sheet:
When we last checked in with Patriots safety Sergio Brown, he was explaining his difficult pass-interference call against the Giants. The 20-yarder came in the final moments, put the ball at the 1, and contributed greatly to a loss.
In two defeats, actually, the former undrafted player from Notre Dame has had brutal PI calls against him, both on the goal line when he didn’t turn and look for the ball. With some health issues at safety, Brown may find himself on the field in crunch-time tomorrow night vs. the Jets.
It’s worth asking… has he learned from his mistakes?

More than two weeks ago, the Patriots had cancer survivor and offensive lineman Marcus Cannon practice, which was pretty cool after he began the year on the reserve/Non-Football Injury List. It was a touching situation.
Yet Cannon is allowed to practice for just three weeks before the team has to decide whether to activate him or not. If it doesn’t, Cannon will have three weeks...
After an interesting train ride (here, here, and here), we’ve arrived at MetLife Stadium, the massive structure that houses the Jets and Giants. Today, you may have heard, it’s the Jets.
They play the Patriots at 8:20 p.m. on NBC, a huge showdown that can’t get here fast enough. Gearing up for game-time are a few Patriots on the field working out. The most notable is OL Nate...
Seriously, what the hell is going on here? Looks like he just broke it and forgot to have the Doc pop it back into place. Regardless of how he got it, this shouldn’t be on TV.

The Patriots have lost two straight, and the Jets have won three straight. Does it seem like two teams going in opposite directions?
Well, yeah, but time will tell if that continues. Either way, it seems the Patriots are at a crossroads. And that will happen at MetLife Stadium tonight — on enemy turf. What’s weird, though, is that it seems the product the Pats have put on the...
For the fourth time in seven games, the New England Patriots take on a team from the Empire State. This week’s match-up against the New York Jets not only will break up the three way tie for first place in the AFC East, but should also show a preview of a possible late round playoff game. The Patriots cut ties with the baggage laden Albert Haynesworth after he suited up for just six...
It’s Patriots - Jets Sunday!!!!!!!!!!!
The New England Patriots may be about to join the Dead Dodo Club where they will meet the other new member of the group, the black rhinoceros.
With the venue for victory no longer respected at Gillette Stadium, Patriot Nation is blaming the endangerment of the Patriots on the mismanagement of the wildlife preserve by Bill Belichick.
The Patriots have gone...
