New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez left Saturday's game against the Denver Broncos with a possible concussion. Hernandez was hurt when he absorbed a hard hit near the goal line on a rushing end in the fourth quarter. He ran the ball five times for 61 yards, including a 43-yarder to set up New England's first touchdown, and caught a second-half scoring pass in the Patriots' 45-10 rout. The second-year tight end had 79 receptions and seven touchdowns during the regular season.
