Peyton Manning and Tom Brady will face-off again this Sunday as they have done so many times. This time Manning will square off against his famous adversary as a member of the Denver Broncos. Over the years their relationship has turned into a friendship.

Outside the Broncos locker room Manning told Mike Klis of The Denver Post that Brady was there for him last season during his recovery from neck surgeries.

“He plays for another team and he reached out to me and said, “Hey anything I can do to help the rehab, miss seeing you out there,” Manning said.

“When you’re injured, and you’re not out there playing, you kind of find out who’s with you and who’s not. Tom consistently throughout the season would check in with me. I appreciate that. It says a lot.”

Brady said after he suffered season-ending knee injury in 2008 Manning reached out to help him.
