As everyone has likely heard, the Indianapolis Colts have hired former Eagles director of player personnel, Ryan Grigson as their new general manager.  Coming off a 2-14 season, it is conceivable that coach Jim Caldwell could go the way of the Polians. As it is in the NFL, everything is recycled and people stick together.  If Grigson decides to let Caldwell go, is it possible that Eagles offensive coordinator Marty Mornhinweg could be headed to the Hoosier State? It has already been speculated, though not quite rumored yet.  It may not be likely, but it is definitely worthwhile for Grigson to consider.
