All Rookie Team Projections @matt_falk With the preseason in the books and the depth charts taking form for the 2013 we are starting to get an idea of what to expect out of the top rookies in 2013. Below is a quick look at our predictions for the 2013 NFL All Rookie Team. Offensive Team | Defensive Team OFFENSIVE TEAM Quarterback EJ Manuel, Bills This is really a toss-up between Manuel and Geno Smith. While I think they will both have their share of ups and downs throughout the year. Manuel looked more poised and ready to lead an NFL team in the preseason. Running Back Giovani Bernard, Cincinnati Bengals This is a tough one, I think this will come down to Bernard or Eddie Lacy of the Packers. Bernard gets the early edge due to his explosiveness, I think he will touch the ball a ton in his rookie year and pile up stats on a weekly basis in the Bengals offense.
