Packers president Mark Murphy called it a priority as an organization to sign Aaron Rodgers to a contract extension.
Speaking from the NFL owners meeting in Arizona, Murphy said the Packers are trying to work out a new contract for the teams most valuable player, according to Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
Murphy indicated cash and cap space would not be issues for the organization.
When its done, Rodgers could easily surpass the $120.6 million, six-year contract Super Bowl MVP Joe Flacco just received.
