The new salary cap numbers for 2013 are out, and it appears teams will have a little bit more room to work with than in 2012.According to Ian Rapoport of NFL.com, the league increased the cap to $123 million, up nearly $3 million from last year. This will give teams a little extra cushion when free agency starts on March 12, and all four teams in the division seem eager to start shopping.The increase will certainly help out the New York Jets, who, despite cutting some aging defensive leaders earlier this month, are still dangerously close to that number. For the Dolphins, however, the increase is all but irrelevant, as the team has plenty of dough to throw around this offseason.The New England Patriots were bailed out a bit this week with the restructured contract of Tom Brady, as were the Buffalo Bills when veteran defensive end Chris Kelsay retired yesterday.Here are the most current cap numbers on the AFC East teams, with some arithmetic help from overthecap.com:Salary Cap SpaceM...
