OAKLAND—Three weeks or so ago, the Raiders front office and coaching staff were making comments that seemed to support the idea that former Ohio State Buckeye Terrelle Pryor would be given the opportunity to sit behind Carson Palmer and prepare for his retirement as his backup.
Then they went and signed former Cardinal/Texan Matt Leinart and all took this as a sign that Pryor either was not living up to expectations or his was a dream deferred.
Getting real, should Matt Leinart’s presence scare anybody?
