Raiders safety Jerome Boyd was fined $20,000 for a blind-side block on Lions cornerback Don Carey, who sustained a concussion as a result of the play. After being limited this week, Carey was cleared to practice and is "Probable" for tomorrow's game against the San Diego Chargers.
