The Ravens ruled out inside linebacker Dannell Ellerbe and tight end Ed Dickson for Sunday's game against the Washington Redskins.
Pro Bowl outside linebacker Terrell Suggs, who has a torn right biceps, is listed as questionable after practicing the past two days on a limited basis.
"It held up real well,"Ravens coach John Harbaugh said. "He practiced for two days partially. As far is if you are asking what he's going to do, I really don't know yet. We'll just have to see where it goes on Sunday."
Meanwhile, cornerback Jimmy Smith, who has been limited in his return to practice this week following sports hernia surgery last month, is officially listed as doubtful.
Jackson and cornerback Chris Johnson (strained hamstring) are questionable.
