BALTIMORE- As expected Ravens RB Ray Rice did not show up today for the start of involuntary workouts. Rice was hit with the franchise tag early in the free agency period by the team.
Since last season, the productive back has lobbied for a new long-term deal as he has played out his rookie contract.
