The man who allegedly had his skull fractured by Minnesota Vikings running back Caleb King is "doing better" after surgery, says his sister. The victim, 22-year-old Andrew Hayek, attended a house party Friday night in Oak Grove, Minn., north of Minneapolis, where King was a guest. Hayek was "pretty chummy" with the football player until teasing King that he "resembled Eddie Murphy," according to Hayek's sister, who was not there and recently spoke with the Minneapolis Star Tribune. Police say King then confronted Hayek outside of his the car and struck him in the face at 3:15 a.m, Hayek got into his car and called 911 before King opened the passenger door, pulled Hayek out, struck him several times in the head and threw him head-first into the ground. King remains in custody at the Anoka County jail and could be charged Monday, Hayek suffered a fractured skull and had his nose "completely reconstructed," says his sister, Jenny Eagle.
