Redskins FS O.J. Atogwe Won't Ask For Sean Taylor's Number

O.J. Atogwe should quickly help solve an issue the Washington Redskins have had in their secondary, and he’s been a big hit with fans since the free agent was signed on Thursday. Apparently he’s gaining more respect quickly because of his jersey number choice, or at least the number he isn’t choosing. Atogwe wore No. 21 throughout his career with the St. Louis Rams and he also wore No. 21 at Stanford. Of course, no Redskins player has worn No. 21 since Sean Taylor was murdered. Atogwe isn’t going to become the next player for the organization to wear the digits. “With all due respect, I will not be rocking nor even asking to rock 21,” Atogwe wrote on his Twitter account.
