Rich Campbell from the Washington Times reports Redskins wide receiver Josh Morgan hopes to practice Monday afternoon after missing a week with a strained left hamstring. Morgan participated in Monday morning's walkthrough. "Theyre trying to see where I was at right now," Morgan said. "Theyve been doing a great job handling it, so Im just doing whatever they tell me to do." Morgan's health is a major issue with the season approaching. Coaches foresee him as a receiver that can block, as well as make plays in the passing game, so he projects to be one of the centerpieces of the offense. In addition to his hamstring injury, he's working back from offseason surgery to repair a broken right leg and torn ankle ligaments. "It feels normal," Morgan said. "The trainers have been videotaping me running and everything, so they said everything looked normal, everything looked good. They tested my strength, and everything is equally strong."

What are Alfred Morris’s Chances of Making the Washington Redskins 53-Man Roster?

Get it?
OK, read on.
In an effort to protect his separated right shoulder, and not miss any practice time, Redskins receiver Anthony Armstrong on Monday wore a yellow non-contact jersey, similarly used by quarterbacks. No big deal, right?

2012 Washington Redskins: Best and Worst Case Scenarios
For the Washington Redskins, their success in the past always hinged on quarterback play and offensive line consistency. And, as an admitted D.C. Homer, there's been nearly nothing positive in those areas for the past decade. As a result, it's been extremely easy to write the Skins off every year.
The last time Washington won their division was in 1999 (Family Guy's...
Redskins TE Davis, LT Williams return from bans
Washington Redskins tight end Fred Davis and left tackle Trent Williams are set to play for the first time since Dec. 4 in Thursday's preseason opener after they were suspended for the final four games of 2011 for failing multiple drug tests.

WASHINGTON REDSKINS:
2011 RECORD – 5-11: When a team enters the season with Rex Grossman and John Beck as its top two quarterbacking options, they’re screwed. After a 3-1 start, the Redskins finished 2-10. Their running back situation did not help matters either. Offseason acquisition Tim Hightower tore his ACL five games into season, which led to...
