Anyone who was watching the Chargers/Eagles game on Sunday had to cringe when they saw the hit that Malcolm Floyd sustained from Demeco Ryans. Well the aftermath of the hit isn’t any better for Floyd. CBS Sports is reporting that Floyd is out indefinitely with a neck injury.
Initial reports from Coach Mike McCoy were that the tests were looking good, but now we are hearing that he will be wearing a neck brace and seeking a second opinion for his neck. This definitely isn’t good news for Floyd or anyone who had him on their fantasy football team.

As you can see in the GIF below, Eagles linebacker DeMeco Ryans delivered the shot to the top of Floyd’s helmet, crunching his head down into his shoulders/neck. It was very, very ugly.
