The Indianapolis Colts will hire Bruce Arians as their new offensive coordinator, according to ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.Arians is the former offensive coordinator for the Pittsburgh Steelers and had been the only offensive coordinator in coach Mike Tomlin's five seasons with the Steelers.Pittsburgh has ranked in the top half of the NFL in offense during the past three seasons.Arians is scheduled to fly to Indianapolis on Monday to review and sign the contract.
