ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that the Atlanta Falcons are going after free agent pass rusher Osi Umenyiora as their replacement for the departed John Abraham. Umenyiora visited the Falcons on Wednesday and took a physical Thursday. With that out of the way, now comes the hard part - making a offer to Umenyiora's liking. The big three free agent DEs, Elvis Dumervil, Dwight Freeney and Abraham are all making the rounds, and Umenyiora is also generating interest form teams looking at those three. Falcons making strong push to sign Giants free-agent DE Osi Umenyiora and are trying to wrap up a deal with him before end of the weekend. — Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter) March 22, 2013 var switchTo5x=true; stLight.options({publisher:''});
