Tim Tebow and the Denver Broncos came away with the AFC West division crown in remarkable fashion last season. However, if Denver lands Peyton Manning during this 2012 NFL Free Agency frenzy, and the move makes the Broncos a tougher team (as expected), Philip Rivers says he would like to see it happen. The San Diego Chargers star signal-caller told San Diego’s XX 1090 radio, via the Denver Post (PFT reports) that he hopes to see the deal get done because he would covet the challenge of facing Manning twice each season. “It would make it that much tougher to win the West,” Rivers said. “All the sudden, at least from a media’s perspective, it would become a division that’s not lost in the shuffle like it’s been in years past.
