Photo by Keith Allison Despite a report from Peter King of SI.com, the Baltimore Ravens and Joe Flacco’s agent Joe Linta aren’t scheduled to meet this week, according to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network. I’m sure both sides will meet soon since the Ravens have until March 4th to strike a deal with Flacco.  If they’re not able to get a deal done by then, they’ll be forced to place the franchise tag on him.   Need NFL Tickets? var _CI = _CI || {}; (function() { var script = document.createElement('script'); ref = document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0]; _CI.counter = (_CI.counter) ? _CI.counter + 1 : 1; document.write(''); script.type = 'text/javascript'; var _CI = _CI || {}; (function() { var script = document.createElement('script'); ref = document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0]; _CI.counter = (_CI.counter) ? _CI.counter + 1 : 1; document.write(''); script.type = 'text/javascript'; script.src = 'http://wid...

NFL Rumor: Browns listed as prime candidate to steal Flacco from Ravens

The Cleveland Browns could conceivably roll into Year One of the Joe Banner experiment with Brandon Weeden at the helm. They could bring in a cagey veteran to give Weeden a bit of a challenge for the starting spot. They could also try to acquire a questionable cast-aside starter in San Francisco’s Alex Smith. Sports Illustrated’s Peter King, however, things the Browns could...

Possible 2013 NFL Draft selections for the Baltimore Ravens

NFL Teams Expect The Eagles To Part Ways With CB Nnamdi Asomugha?

Peter King of SI.com cites an anonymous general manager who mentioned Eagles CB Nnamdi Asomugha as one of the more intriguing free agents in this year’s market. “One guy whose value is way down but still is attractive because so many teams are desperate for corners,” the GM said. Asomugha, 31, is still under contract with the Eagles, so it’s interesting that a GM would...
