According to Howard Eskin of NBC 10 in Philly, the Washington Redskins are ready to offer a load of draft picks to the St. Louis Rams in order to move up and draft Robert Griffin III. The Redskins are willing to offer their first, second and third round picks this year and at least their first round pick for next year’s draft,  to move up and grab Griffin III. The belief has been that the Cleveland Browns have the best shot at moving up to get Griffin III since they have a lot more draft picks to offer the Rams.
