GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Vince Young was spotted inside the Green Bay airport Sunday night and, according to reports, will be working out for the Packers on Monday. The Packers have a Monday mid-afternoon practice, and it remains to be seen if Young will have completed his workout with the team before then or not. Young, 30, last played in the NFL in 2011 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He was released last season in training camp by the Buffalo Bills. A photo taken by Steven Wright and posted on his Twitter account @slappyb27 showed Young arriving in Green Bay around 9:30 p.m. on Sunday. Green Bay has two backup quarterbacks behind starter Aaron Rodgers, but Young's presence may not necessarily be to challenge Graham Harrell or B.J. Coleman for the No. 2 job. After surrendering 579 yards against Colin Kaepernick and the San Francisco 49ers in a divisional-round loss last season, the Packers have practiced against the read-option and pistol offense throughout training camp. Young would certainly serve as a better player to defend in that type of formation than Harrell or Coleman. Follow Paul Imig on Twitter
