  Photo Credit:  Otto Greule Jr FOXBOROUGH, Mass.--  According to a tweet from Jim Wyatt, the  Tennesse Titans beat writer for The Tennessean, wide receiver Lavelle Hawkins and the Patriots have agreed to a two-year deal. Wyatt tweeted the following earlier this afternoon.     WR Lavelle Hawkins has agreed to a two-year deal with the #Patriots. Was just released by #Titanslast week   Hawkins was a fourth-round pick of the Titans back in 2008, and struggled to find his niche in Tennessee. Last season, the Stockton, Calif. native caught just five passes for 62 yards in seven games played. His best season came in the 2011 campaign when he played in all 16 games, catching 47 passes for 470 yards and one touchdown.
